- Over the last 10 years we have received approx. 17,568 phone calls from people looking for the Toronto Transit Commission’s (TTC) Lost & Found. Now while you may all laugh at that, it takes approximately 3-5 minutes to explain to each person that in fact we are a menswear store and not the Lost & Found for the TTC. Returns
The stock is dynamic and we are unable to fully manage it because of the fact that several stakeholders are involved, including our warehouse and factory. The actual inventory can be changed at any time. You may not receive your order after it's been placed.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If it's been more 30 days since the date you made your purchase and we're unable to offer you a complete refund or exchange.
To be considered eligible for return it must be in its original packaging, unopened and in the condition you received it. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
